Team Entry information
Team RulesTeam entries must be completed by the coach.
Coaches simply type a list a each contestant and their contest age, including brithdate for each team.
List the type of team- Dance Twirl, Show Twirl, Twirl, Pom pon, Danceline or Cheerleading.
Fees are $6.00 per contestantYou may e-mail your list to Pam: winnefeld@frii.com. Then mail payment and waivers to address below.
There is no processing fee added to contestants who enter only team events.
Please include a signed waiver for each member.
Include coaches name, phone and e-mail.Make Checks payable to Pam Winnefeld and mail the entry along with payment to:
